The Berlinale is back! Berlin is the capital of film until Sunday. Impressive premieres, exciting competitions and creative independent films will be shown at a wide variety of locations. Stars, filmmakers and film fans from all over the world will come together to celebrate the event. In addition to the large cinemas, there are also numerous screenings in smaller locations. The Berlinale remains a highlight for all film enthusiasts!

After a six-year break, Hugs and Kisses returns and invites you to a special night at the Nachtasyl in Hamburg. On February 21, 2025 from 10 p.m., we will celebrate together, dance and celebrate the diversity of the queer community.
The music will be provided by outstanding female DJs, including Bones with soul sounds, Julie Wood & Glitter with a mix of indie, electro, disco and pop, and Miss van Biss with a set of electro, indie and pop.
Tickets are available for eight euros at the box office. The event promises a night full of music, community and unforgettable moments.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday you can watch the theater project "Queere Revolution" at the "Freies Werkstatt Theater". The participatory theater project is based on the novel Lavender sword (1966) by Cologne author Felix Rexhausen, which describes the attempt at a "homosexual revolution". In 2024, the Petra P. production office and queer experts embark on a journey back in time to the beginnings of the queer emancipation movement. The focus is on the question of whether the motto "We Are Family" still applies to today's community or whether queer identities are increasingly moving in separate bubbles.

Pop-up store with furniture & props from film/TV

The first pop-up store in Bavaria Filmstadt opens its doors and invites you to take a piece of film history home with you. Furniture, props and lamps from various eras will be on offer. The opening will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Visitors will have the opportunity to be the first to acquire a unique piece of film history.
From February 24, 2025, the following opening hours will apply: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
